Daily departure times: 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled tour to register. Present official ID: INE or temporary/permanent residency issued in Quintana Roo for Mexican resident pricing.

Restrictions

No access for guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs; tours canceled for such guests are nonrefundable.
