If you are studying Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Animal Science or a related field, and are looking for a transformative experience where you can apply your knowledge in a real-world setting, the Akumal Monkey Sanctuary Professional Internship Program offers you the opportunity to grow professionally and personally by actively participating in the rescue, care, and well-being of primates and other wild species.
Here you’ll have a comprehensive learning experience focused on all aspects of animal welfare, within a natural environment that fosters respect, empathy, and connection with wildlife.
